of money for international calls.
A: If the dialed numbers do not appear, please close the USB Phone software and re-launch it
again. If problem persists, then kindly reboot your computer and try again.
A: You need to go to Windows Control Panel and go into Multimedia. Ensure that the preferred playback
and recording device is your sound card and not USB Phone. If they are set to USB Phone,
kindly change them to your sound card and save the changed settings.
A: The USB Phone will work at optimum performance if run with a global IP Address.
It does not work if there are more than 1 IP Address in the computer.
