A: Yes. As long as you are using one of our products, have an Internet connection, and an InnoSphere account, you can
call any phone over 200 countries around the world.

How many working days does it take to process a new account request and/or to update an existing InnoSphere account?
A: Your InnoSphere account request can generally be processed in 2 work days or longer, depending on your bank.

Where can I buy a new account?
A: You can buy a new account from the Customer Center of InnoSphere website.

Where can I recharge accounts?
A:
- For buddytalk users, please go to Buddytalk.com
for recharge.
- For VoIP Blaster users, please go to
VoIP Blaster and click on Account Management.
- Others, please go to Customer Center and login as "Existing Customers".
However, please do note that all new account and recharge requests are processed offline, thus it will
take about 2 work days for processing. We will also require you to either fax at +65 6872 0900 or email us
at InnoSphere@innomedia.com.sg with the following information for verification purposes.
- Front and back copies of the credit card
- Recent credit card statement
- Authorisation form which can be downloaded here

How do I check my account balance?
A: To check your account balance, go to Customer Center . Log on as an existing customer and click on Update.
Your account information should be displayed along with your credit balance.

Q: What if I lost my account ID or forgot my password?
A: For lost accounts or passwords, please fill up the following form
and our customer service administrator will contact you as soon as possible.

What credit cards can I use?
A: We currently accept VISA and MasterCard.

A: All information you submit is transferred over a secured SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) link.

Q: What will be shown on the credit card statement if the transaction went through?
A: Since we have appoint WorldPay as our agent for Internet purchase. Should your transaction went through,
you will see in your credit card statement, WP-InnoMedia Pte L.
You will also received an acknowledgement email from WorldPay once the transaction goes through.

Q: Does InnoSphere accounts have any life span?
A: Yes. All accounts sold will expire within a year from sales. Recharging of an account
prior to its expiration will automatically extend its expiration date by one year from the date of
recharge. No extension of the expiration date or refund of the accounts will be made.
