  1. Your InfoAccel drivers are not installed properly. Please delete all InfoAccel drivers & install again.
  2. Your InfoAccel drivers may have Windows resource crashing with other drivers. Please rectify the Windows resource crashing by using another valid resource for the InfoAccel.

A: The InfoAccel does not require an IRQ. Thus it avoids common IRQ crashing problems.

A: Please go to Option > User Info to check if you have valid InnoSphere user information.

Q: For the InfoAccel, there are 2 IP addresses for my computer. One is for a network card & the other is given by my ISP. The incorrect IP address is detected by the InfoAccel. The InfoAccel should detect the IP address given by my ISP. What should I do?

A:

  1. Please try using the Dial-up Networking found in the InfoAccel program to dial your ISP.
  2. Release the LAN IP address (if possible), log off from your network (if using DHCP), or disable the network card when using the InfoAccel.

Q: There is data loss while using the InfoAccel with a modem. What can I do about it?

A: Please use a direct phone line. Do not parallel connect the phone line. Preferably, use an external serial modem. Lower the modem speed to reduce error rates. And use a reliable ISP that has low or no data loss.
