Information - How We Get It
InnoMedia collects data on subscriber accounts that are established or maintained
by its subscribers or by its authorized resellers directly through the InnoSphere
web site. InnoSphere subscriber accounts may be established by subscribers directly
through the InnoSphere website, by partners or resellers directly through the
InnoSphere website, or by InnoMedia on behalf of resellers.
Data Collection at Account Activation
InnoMedia collects and stores personally identifiable information on our central
servers at the Time of Account Activation. The information required in the Account
Setup page includes subscriber name, address, phone number, email address, date
of birth, mother's maiden name and credit card information. We use this information
for billing and security purposes. For example, once an account is established,
we track subscriber use by account in order to provide subscribers with detailed
call records.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer's hard drive that enable
websites to recognize repeat visitors. We do not use cookies.
Log Files
Our server has a log file that tracks subscriber sessions, i.e. log ons, requests
for call detail records and updates of personal information on the website.
We maintain these log files solely for our own internal purposes. Log files
are not shared with third parties.
Sharing
For subscribers whose accounts are established by resellers, personally identifiable
information is collected if and when the account is recredited by the subscriber
on the InnoSphere website. For subscribers whose accounts are established through
partners, personally identifiable information is transferred to us when the
partner establishes the subscriber account. Otherwise, InnoMedia does not share
personal identification information with third parties.
Links to Other Web Sites
This website contains links to InnoMedia's website, which may contain links
to other sites. Please be aware that InnoMedia is not responsible for the privacy
practices of such other sites. We encourage our subscribers to read the privacy
statements of each and every website they visit. This Privacy Policy applies
solely to information collected by this website.
Security
We use Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect data transmitted across
the Internet. Additionally, the information we collect is stored in a database
that is in our secured network. We use birth date and mother's maiden name for
security purposes to verify subscriber identity when we receive account inquiries
via our support line.
Email Links
We use an email link from the Contact Use page to allow subscribers to contact
us directly with questions or comments. We read every message and we try to
respond promptly where appropriate. Our Customer Service department routes messages
to the department that may best respond to subscriber questions or comments.
We may file comments to improve the website and Telephony Service. The comments
are for internal use only and are not shared with third parties.
Email Communications to Subscribers
We send a welcoming email to verify logon and password to new subscribers who
establish accounts directly through the InnoSphere website. We also send an
email to subscribers to let them know whether an account recharge has been successful
or unsuccessful. We may also use email to communicate with our subscribers in
regards to issues relating to their account. For example, we may use email to
communicate unusual activity on a subscriber account, such as recharge amounts
in excess of a subscriber's usual amount, or unusually long phone calls.
Correcting and Updating Personal Information
Established subscribers can log onto www.InnoSphere.net
and update their own personal information. Subscribers may update name, address,
phone number, email, and credit card information. Account detail and account
balance is also provided to subscribers to allow subscribers to monitor account
usage.
