A : e-Genius allows users to make PC-PC calls to other e-Genius users for free. We
do not charge any connection fee for PC-PC calls. e-Genius customers can also make use of
InnoSphere network to make PC-Phone calls to over 200 countries at very cheap rates, thus savings lot
of money for international calls.
A: If the dialed numbers do not appear, please close the e-Genius software and re-launch it
again. If problem persists, then kindly reboot your computer and try again.
A: You need to go to Windows Control Panel and go into Multimedia. Ensure that the preferred playback
and recording device is your sound card and not e-Genius. If they are set to e-Genius,
kindly change them to your sound card and save the changed settings.
A: The e-Genius will work at optimum performance if run with a global IP Address.
It does not work if there are more than 1 IP Address in the computer.
